SCHOOL GAMES - 23rd May 2018 - The pupils performed amazingly at the Tony Roberts Football Tournament on Wednesday, and represented the school brilliantly. They played with passion and worked together as a team to make it through to the semi final. Unfortunately, in this round they came up against the eventual winners of the competition and suffered an agonising 1-0 loss. We’re so proud of the CTK Football Team!

SCHOOL GAMES - Golf Tournament - 14th May 2018 - Children from Year 5 went to St.Edmund Campion and competed in a ‘Tri-Golf’ tournament this week. They performed brilliantly and showed fantastic team work competing against other schools. It was great to see how passionate they were about playing golf.
SCHOOL GAMES - Gifted and Talented Sports Day – 19th April 2018 - Ten of our pupils selected from years 3, 4 and 5, highlighted as being gifted and talented in PE, attended Nechells Wellbeing Centre for a sports event day. The event was for gifted and talented PE students from seven different schools – this was not a competition event. The day was really well organised by Kingsbury School Sports and allowed the pupils the opportunity to take part in a range of sports and challenges including: archery, tennis, dodgeball and more. The children were active all day and had great fun in the process. Representing the school, the behaviour was impeccable which helped make the day a huge success. Well done to all of those who took part!
SCHOOL GAMES - Pupils from Year 3 and 4 attended an Indoor Athletics Competition on Monday 19th March 2018 and performed fantastically. They competed in a variety of track and field events and represented the school brilliantly. It was great to see them enjoying events that they had never tried before and enjoying going up against tough competition from other schools. Well done to all of those pupils who competed on Monday!

SCHOOL GAMES DAY - 9th June 2017

On Friday 9th June, KS1 and 2 children participated in Sports Day at The Pavillion, Moor Lane. After a while school warm up, led by Mrs Clayton, we all went off to take part in different events.

KS1 children enjoyed their sprints, obstacle and "catch the train" races. KS2 children participated in the javelin throw, track events and fun team games. Following the events, we settled down for a whole school picnic with our parents. A fantastic day was had by all!
