Chinese New Year
Our nursery children enjoyed celebrating Chinese New Year with a range of exciting activities. They explored Chinese culture by tasting different foods, trying flavours such as noodles and prawn crackers. The children also took part in a lively dragon dance, moving together to music and learning about how dragons are an important symbol in Chinese New Year celebrations. Throughout the week they engaged in creative crafts, colourful decorations, and discussions about how families around the world celebrate. It was a wonderful opportunity for the children to experience new traditions, develop their curiosity about the world, and celebrate together.
