We enjoyed hearing the story of Owl Babies so much that we could not wait to retell it with our friends using soft toys. We were even more excited, however, to find a real nest in our classroom! We had a wonderful circle time making observations and discussing who had made the nest, how and why. We took part in lots of activities, including ordering owls by their size and using our fine motor skills to feed them before capturing our experience using mixed media to make our very own owl babies.
