Valentine's theme day
On Wednesday we had a lovely Valentine’s themed day. We had lots of special events, such as Adventure Grove, where we had ‘love’ themed groves for role-play. Using our artist focus for this term, we made ‘love’ cards, using the effect of pointillism. Porsha- Leigh commented “I liked making the card with the love heart, it was really fun” We sent the cards to people we love. We also decorated biscuits and played games such as pas the parcel. We listened to stories about love, in our special reading cabin, the books that were read were voted on by each group. We had a great day and created lots of memories. “My favourite part of the day was making the biscuits” said Cabhan. “I had the best day ever!” exclaimed Kelvin!
