Year 2 Update - Friday 3rd April 2020

 

Times Tables Rock Stars

 

Following a check of Times Tables Rock Stars today, we can see that since last Friday 9 out of 26 children in Class 5 (35%) and 12 out of 27 children in Class 6 (44%) have logged on and completed some times tables activities.

 

This is a good start, but we would like to see more children across Year 2 logging on to Times Tables Rock Stars over the weekend and next week too.

 

Well done to everyone of you who has logged on so far - your times tables knowledge will be so much better by the time you return to school! 

 

Online Children's Liturgy

 

Dan and Emily from One Life Music, who are regular visitors to Christ the King School, have recorded their first weekly children's liturgy and have made it available online for everybody to watch and take part in.

 

We have put this recording on our Year 2 R.E webpage for all of the children in Class 5 and Class 6 to access.

 

Dan and Emily will be recording a new liturgy each week, so keep checking our R.E webpage for the latest one.
